Yogen Früz to Join Retailers at Geneva Commons

Yogurt franchise Yogen Früz signed a lease for 1,200 square feet  at Geneva Commons, which plans to open in summer 2011, while Finish Line renewed its lease for 5,072 square feet. Mid-America Asset Management Vice President Marget Graham and Senior Leasing Representative Kitsy Ritter represented the landlord in both transactions, dealing directly with the tenant.

The 437,650-square-foot lifestyle center is located on the southwest corner of Randall and Bricher Roads, and is anchored by , , , , , , and more.
