Edward Jones

Growing up in LaSalle, Illinois, I was struck by how hard the people around me worked for their money. I worked many jobs as a teenager and learned the importance of saving from my parents. I started reading the business section of the local newspaper as a teenager and it led to an interest in investments. I enjoyed a long career in the financial industry as an investment analyst before I joined Edward Jones. Throughout my life, helping others has been an integral part of who I am. I chose a career as a financial advisor because I believe I can make a difference in the lives of families in my community.

It is also important to understand the level of risk you are comfortable accepting to build a portfolio appropriate for you. I live in Wheaton with my wife Christy, where we raised our twin children Alex and Isabella. I enjoy spending time with family and friends, doing service in the community, reading, being active and relaxing with my rescue dogs. I am a member of Rotary and enjoy volunteering with Love Your Neighbor and the People's Resource Center. I earned a degree in finance from Illinois State University.
