The Pilates Experience

You will love our private boutique studio in the heart of Downtown Glen Ellyn. Our new location is so beautiful and welcoming. We offer private and duet sessions, no group classes. We believe whole heartedly that this approach is the most effective and safest way to learn what Pilates is, and what it was intended to be; not for cardio, but for strength and alignment in your body. Therefore, developing internal strength that supports you for years to come. I know you will appreciate it just like all of our clients, you can ask any one of them for a testimonial. No matter what your age or abilities are, we got you! In our environment anyone can do Pilates under the watchful eye of your Instructor.   We welcome you!!
