You will love our private boutique studio in the heart of Downtown Glen Ellyn. Our new location is so beautiful and welcoming. We offer private and duet sessions, no group classes. We believe whole heartedly that this approach is the most effective and safest way to learn what Pilates is, and what it was intended to be; not for cardio, but for strength and alignment in your body.
