$305K Check Fraud, Fake Fundraiser Theft Reported In Glenview Blotter

GLENVIEW, IL — The following information comes from the Glenview Police Department and court records as a record of incidents reported to police and those arrested on criminal charges, which represent accusations by the state and are often dropped or reduced. Updated information may be available from the Cook County Clerk of the Circuit Court. Everyone arrested is presumed to be innocent unless found guilty in court beyond a reasonable doubt.

Fleeing, Hit-And-Run And Traffic Incidents

At 7:04 p.m. June 20, an officer attempted to stop a vehicle for traffic violations and stolen license plates. Police said the driver fled, struck another vehicle in traffic and continued onto southbound Interstate 294. No injuries were reported, and complaints will be signed.
