FEMA Disaster Recovery Center Now Open for Flood Residents in 15th District

FEMA opened a Disaster Recovery Center today in the 15th district.  It is located in North Park Village located at 5801 N. Pulaski Rd., Chicago, IL 60646.  If you were affected by the recent flood and are interested in receiving financial assistance and information on flood mitigation, please go to this location.  The DRC is open 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. seven days a week.

If you are unable to apply for assistance in person, you can also apply online at www.disasterassistance.gov or via web-enabled phone at m.fema.gov.  Applicants may also call 1-800-621-3362 or (TTY) 1-800-462-7585.  People who use 711-relay or Video Relay Services (VRS) can call 1-800-621-3362.  The toll-free numbers operate from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. seven days a week.
