Stevens Honored During Teacher Education Convocation
Maria Stevens, of Glenview, was among 208 University of Nebraska-Lincoln undergraduate students officially admitted to teacher education programs during the 2025-26 academic year who were recognized at the annual Teacher Education Convocation April 17 at Carolyn Pope Edwards Hall. Stevens is in the elementary education program. Students were formally recognized during the ceremony and presented with a commemorative pin symbolizing their commitment to the teaching profession.
