Glenview Students Graduate From MSOE
Milwaukee School of Engineering congratulates students who graduated in Spring 2023. The following students from Glenview graduated:
- Joshua Goldshteyn graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science
- Aaron Saef graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering

Janice Kang Inducted into The Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi
Janice Kang, of Glenview, was recently initiated into The Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi, the nation's oldest and most selective all-discipline collegiate honor society. Kang was initiated at University of Michigan. Kang is among approximately 25,000 students, faculty, professional staff and alumni to be initiated into Phi Kappa Phi each year. Membership is by invitation only and requires nomination and approval by a chapter. Only the top 10 percent of seniors and 7.5 percent of juniors are eligible for membership. Graduate students in the top 10 percent of the number of candidates for graduate degrees may also qualify, as do faculty, professional staff and alumni who have achieved scholarly distinction.

Schwarz Receives Scholarship/Waiver From Lassonde Entrepreneur Institute for 2023-24
Matthew Schwarz, of Glenview, was one of over 140 student entrepreneurs who received over $1.5 million in scholarship or tuition waivers from the the Lassonde Entrepreneur Institute, a top-10 ranked program at the University of Utah, and the David Eccles School of Business for the 2023-24 academic year. Most of the scholarships come with the opportunity to gain leadership skills and experience while managing many activities for aspiring entrepreneurs.

Horwitz Participates In Emerson College Stage Production
Emerson College student Nathan Horwitz, from Glenview, participated in Emerson Stage's production of How We Got On, performed October 12-14 at the Paramount Center in Boston, MA.
Written by Idris Goodwin and directed by Summer L. Williams, this adaption performed by Emersonians explores the life of suburnan teens coming of age in 1980s, dreaming of fame and fortune, and their journey of finding themselves in the culture of Hip-Hop. Horwitz is majoring in Theatre and is a member of the Class of 2027.

Madsen Part Of WIAC Volleyball Title, NCAA Bid At UW-Whitewater
Haylie Madsen, a native of Glenview, who is studying Undeclared at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, is a member of the Warhawk volleyball team, which clinched an automatic bid to the NCAA Division III Championship on Saturday with a 3-0 victory at previously unbeaten UW-Oshkosh in the title match of the 2023 Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference Championship.

Williamson Part Of NCAA Qualifying UW-Whitewater football team
Howard Williamson, a native of Glenview, who is studying Business at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, is a member of the Warhawk football team, which will compete in the NCAA Division III Playoffs for the 19th time in school history after earning at at-large bid to the 32-team tournament.

Alexander King, of Glenview, has been named to the 2023 summer trimester Dean's List at Palmer College of Chiropractic's Florida Campus in Port Orange, Florida.
