Customer Pokes Employee in Eye: Cops

A customer at another store is reported to have used foul language after being denied service.

On May 19 at 6:58 p.m., Leon McKenzie, 25, Orange City Fla., was charged with Driving with a Suspended/Revoked Driver’s License and Improper Turn.

SUSPENDED/REVOKED DRIVER’S LICENSE

On May 18 at 12:04 p.m., Danielle Suntrup-Beveridge, 32, 1631 Pebble Creek Drive was charged with Driving with a Suspended/Revoked Driver’s License, Registration Cancelled/Suspended, Operating Uninsured Motor Vehicle and Operating a Vehicle with Expired Registration in the 1500 block of Waukegan Road.

THEFT

On May 12 at 2:30 p.m., a resident reported currency was stolen and property damaged at a business in the 3800 block of Willow Road. The reported loss is $70.

THEFT

On May 12 at 2:35 p.m., a property manager in the 1900 block of Johns Drive reported property was taken without permission. The reported loss is $12.

BATTERY

On May 12 at 3:01 p.m., an employee in the 1600 block of Waukegan Road reported a customer poked him in the eye.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT

On May 12 at 5:09 p.m., an employee in the 2000 block of Lehigh Avenue reported someone yelled and used obscene language after being denied service.
