District 30 Donates Goggles To Medical Workers
The Cook County Department of Public Health was recently the beneficiary of generosity from Northbrook/Glenview District 30.

GLENVIEW, IL — Employees from the Cook County Department of Public Health are especially busy during these challenging times in the fight against coronavirus. Luckily, local institutions like Northbrook/Glenview School District are also stepping up to the plate.
Superintendent Dr. Brian Wegley recently reported to the district about a note he received from Palak Shah, who works in surgery at CCDPH. The parent of students at Glenview's Willowbrook Elementary School and Maple School said in the email, "We are part of the group who were recent recipients of District 30's generous donation of googles that are keeping us safe."
Wegley was thankful to the district staff for the gesture and admitted being "touched almost daily by caring acts in our community."
