Glenview-based The Drake Group and its exclusive sales and marketing firm, @properties, announced the start of sales for Park Place Glenview, a new community of single-family homes and row homes in east Glenview.

Located at 1225 Waukegan Rd., on the 2.25-acre site of the former Glenview Village Hall, Park Place Glenview offers 12 single-family homes and 14 row homes for a total of 26 residences.

• Single-family floor plans feature 2,300 to 2,500 square feet, three bedrooms and two-and-a-half baths, and have an option for a fourth bedroom and additional full bath on the lower level.
• Row homes include 2,000 to 2,300 square feet, three bedrooms, and two-and-a-half baths. Select homes offer the option for a fourth-floor media room and roof deck.
