Elizabeth DeBock Sworn In As New Township Deputy Assessor

Alida Nally, Northfield Township Assessor, announced that Elizabeth DeBock has joined Northfield Township as new Deputy Assessor. Assessor Nally stated, “Lizz brings a positive energy and years of experience in customer service to her role here at the township. I am confident she’ll provide excellent service to our residents requiring assistance with their property tax bills.” Elizabeth was sworn in by Clerk Caryn Fliegler at the township office in Glenview.

Assessor Nally and Deputy Assessor DeBock serve as property taxpayer advocates and as liaisons with the Cook County Assessor’s Office. “First installment property tax bills have been mailed and are payable March 1, 2022. First installment tax bills are always 55% of last year's total bill, and any exemptions you applied for and are entitled to will appear on your second installment tax bill later this year,” Assessor Nally added.
