Children ages 6 to 13 can learn how to transform a plain balloon into a dog, butterfly or other creation. Parents can join in at no extra charge. The one-day workshop is offered from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Friday, April 27. Fee is $25 for residents at $31.25 for nonresidents.
