Meditative Yoga with Laura Jachim

Amrit Yoga is a meditative system of yoga that incorporates deliberate action followed by meditative awareness within each pose of the sequence. All bodies are welcome.
$18.00 per class. $150 for 10 class pass. Drop-ins welcome.

This is a weekly class with the purpose of building a foundation. Students of this class have learned the basics of yoga and are now ready to move through asana sequences in a more in-depth, steady manner. This on going class continues to incorporate the fundamentals of Amrit Yoga and hatha yoga. You are guided and instructed into poses and continue to develop deeper meditative awareness and inward focus within each pose of the sequence. The art of meditation is organically integrated into the sequence resulting in deep relaxation and rejuvenation in every class. Breathing techniques, affirmations and relaxation are incorporated to create a perfect environment for learning on a deeper level. The full sequence is 26 poses. Each week the sequence will vary. Some yoga experience is necessary.
