Do you ever feel lost in spiritual ideas? Like it all sounds good, but doesn’t connect to your life? Join me on an exploration of the mind to uncover how our own false ideas can keep us disconnected from spirit. With playful attitudes we’ll undo our spiritual stuckness and re-enter our natural state of joy!

You are divine. You are love. You are perfection. You have probably heard these words before and have become to believe them as true. Why, then, is it that you don’t often experience the truth that these words point to? That’s what this workshop is designed to illustrate – how we put up walls in our minds to keep the truth out of the awareness.

Our job, as spiritual seekers, is to allow Spirit to gently undo these walls – to let ourselves be guided to removing every false scrap that seems to be an obstacle to Love’s joyous abundance. When every last scrap of fear has been removed from our mind, then all that’s left to experience is the warm embrace of eternal Love. The question then becomes – Are you willing to look at the fear so that it can be released? When you are ready to say “yes” to that, then all the help you need will be given to you.

In this workshop, we will be sharing our experiences to help in each other’s healing. We will be joining in music and movement and some merriment too!
