On Tuesday afternoon, a resident in the 1300 block of Cariann Lane reported they gave
more than $1,000 to a man who fraudulently said he was a lawyer representing a family member.

people stole nail polish from the store. The reported loss is $1,300.

On Tuesday shortly before 4:00pm, an employee in the 2700 block of Pfingsten Road reported someone
removed $90 worth of alcohol from the store shelf and left the store without paying.
Burglary
On Tuesday at shortly after 5:00 am, an employee in the 2300 block of Lehigh Avenue reported someone
stole $30 worth of food from the business.
Burglary
Tuesday at 7:00 am, a patron at the North Glenview Train Station, 2301 Lehigh Avenue
reported their car window was shattered while parked in the lot. The reported loss is $250.
Burglary to Motor Vehicle
On Wednesday at 7:47 am, a patron in the 2400 block of Patriot Boulevard reported someone
shattered their car window and took a purse from inside for a total loss of $300.
Burglary to Motor Vehicle
On Wednesday shortly before 8:00 am, a patron in the 3800 block of Willow Road reported someone
shattered their car window and took a purse from inside for a loss of $800.
Identity Theft
On Wednesday at 9:38 am, a resident in the 1700 block of Grove Street reported someone
purchase merchandise on their credit card without authorization, costing them $400.
Battery
On Wednesday shortly after 2:00 pm, a shopper in the 2800 block of Pfingsten Road reported another
shopper spit at them.
Criminal Defacement
On Thursday at 3:39 am, a motorist reported someone spray painted words on a building in the
1800 block of Glenview Road.
Identity Theft
On Thursday at 8:46 am, a resident in the 2100 block of Trowbridge Court reported several
unauthorized withdrawals from their bank account. Mysteriously, there was no reported loss.
Residential Burglary
On Thursday shortly before 6:00 pm, a resident in the 700 block of Shermer Road reported someone entered
their house and stole $12,000 worth of electronic equipment.
Forgery
On Friday around noon, an employee in the 900 block of Raleigh Road reported business
checks were stolen and cashed, for a loss of more than $1,000.
Criminal Damage to State Supported Property
On Friday at 12:32 am, an employee in the 1900 block of Landwehr Road reported someone
damaged playground equipment, for a loss of $2,000.
Aggravated Assault
On Friday at 12:52 am, a motorist in the 200 block of Nottingham Avenue reported another
motorist approached him with a tire iron during a dispute. There were no reported injuries.
Identity Theft
On Friday shortly after 4:00 pm, a resident in the 700 block of Windsor Road reported someone made
several withdrawals, totaling over $1000, from their bank account.
Residential Burglary
On Saturday at 10:37 am, a resident in the 700 block of Beaver Road reported someone
damaged a door and entered the house without permission. The reported loss is $300.
Disturbance
On Saturday at 12:43 pm, a customer in the 2300 block of Capital Drive reported another
customer caused a disturbance in the store by yelling.
Battery
On Sunday at 12:32 pm, a customer in the 1400 block of Waukegan Road reported someone
touched them without permission.
Burglary
On Sunday at 2:37 pm, an employee in the 600 block of Milwaukee Avenue reported
someone smashed the glass in the front door and stole $600 cash.
Unwanted Customer
On Sunday shortly after 5:30 pm, an employee in the 100 block of Waukegan Road reported a customer
caused a disturbance and was no longer wanted there.
Identity Theft
On Sunday shortly after 11:00 pm, a resident in the 4100 block of Crestwood Drive reported someone
used their personal information to open credit accounts, but there was no reported loss.
Intoxicated (and Unkempt)
Very early Tuesday morning, an employee in the 1600 block of Milwaukee Avenue reported a guest
was walking around and seemed unkempt and intoxicated.
