Forgery, Speeding, Controlled Substance: Glenview Police Blotter

Retail Theft / Possession of a Controlled Substance

On Jan. 5 at 4:01 p.m., Dena Perkins, of the 800 block of Greenwood Road, was charged with retail theft, unlawful possession of a controlled substance and a Cook County bond forfeiture warrant (unlawful possession of a controlled substance) in the 1300 block of Patriot Boulevard.

Speeding

On Jan. 5 at 1:52 p.m., Vladyslav Surmenko, 21, Des Plaines was charged with speeding (26-34 over) and no valid driver’s license in the 2900 block of East Lake Avenue.

Forgery

On Jan. 4 at 9:55 a.m., Jefferson Gonzales, 32, Lincolnwood was charged with forgery and a warrant (failure to appear) after an investigation of a theft in the 1400 block of Pleasant Lane on Aug. 5.
