General Admin & Sales Support for Embroidery and Screening Company located in Glenview, IL. - Flexible hours
We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated employee to provide administrative support for office and sales, input and maintenance of sales orders, interaction with customers, assist accounting with any issues related to sales, attend weekly sales meetings and provide general office support. This is part-time to 30 hours a week with flexible hours.
Qualifications & Abilities
- High school diploma and trade experience
- Previous office/manufacturing experience helpful
- Must be able to read, write and perform basic math computation.
- Familiarity with computers. Willingness to learn new computer programs necessary for the position
- Excellent knowledge of Word, Excel, Office and graphic programs
- Ability to problem solve and the ability to learn new computer programs.
- A good team player.
- Ability to keep relationships with other departments such as shipping, receiving and customer service.
- Ability to meet all required deadlines; ability to change priorities quickly as needed; ability to independently handle stress and maintain a mature problem solving demeanor.
- Answer phones and take messages
- Customer interaction is involved.
