Glenview 4th of July Celebration Returns With Parade, Fireworks
There will also be live music, food vendors and a flyover of a Boeing P-8 Poseidon.
GLENVIEW, IL — Celebrate America's birthday in style with Glenview's annual 4th of July parade and fireworks show on July 4.
A parade, including floats and entertainers, takes place at 11:30 a.m. at Harlem and Glenview roads. Prior to that, a bike parade is scheduled to start at 11:15 a.m. at Jackman Park, according to the Village of Glenview.
Fireworks, which will be synchronized to music, will begin at 9:20 p.m. at Gallery Park, 2001 Patriot Blvd. Parking lots open at 6 p.m. with a live DJ and food vendors. At 7 p.m., live music will begin. Prior to the fireworks, a flyover of a Boeing P-8 Poseidon is scheduled for 8:30 p.m.
