Glenview Chamber, Village Celebrate Fire Thyme Kitchen + Bar

GLENVIEW, IL — Open for just over a month, Fire Thyme Kitchen + Bar is making an impression on the North Shore community. Last week, members of the staff were joined by the Village of Glenview and Glenview Chamber of Commerce for a special ribbon-cutting at the 1808 Waukegan Road location.

According to its website, Fire Thyme Kitchen + Bar is the "go-to spot for a blend of convenience and relaxation." Jamie Bisioulis, who appeared on the Fox culinary show, "Hell's Kitchen," is the owner/chef.

The restaurant is currently open for dinner, with plans to add lunch service. Hours are 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. Tuesday through Thursday, 5 p.m. to 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday, 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday, closed Monday.
