Glenview Father and Son Tout Insurance Broker

Niles insurance broker is working with multi-generations of families and credits 35 years of success to getting to know his clients on a personal level.

The insurance industry has changed a lot over the last 35 years but one constant within the industry has been Bob Korvas. Bob has been able to grow his business and has been successful because he goes above and beyond to help his clients.

Bob is the owner and president of ONECALLUSA, also known as Bob Korvas agency. His office is located in Niles. Bob started in 1980 and has been in business for 35 years. He is always there to help his clients with not only insurance needs, but also for personal needs or other questions they might have for him.

Take long time client Nick Kiriklakis for example. Nick has been a loyal client of Bob’s for over 30 years. Nick came to Chicago from Greece, and when he first started off as a general contractor, he was taken advantage of by people who tried selling him insurance. When Nick needed the insurance, he found out he didn’t have it because the “insurance broker” pocketed the money and took off.

But then Nick met Bob. When he found out Bob was an insurance broker he was a little bit skeptical at first, but instantly knew Bob was different.

Nick’s son, Dr. John Kiriklakis, was put through medical school by his hardworking parents and because his dad spoke so highly of Bob, he also uses Bob as his insurance agent and personal mentor.

“The best form of advertising is word of mouth: many people pick their professionals based on recommendations from their family and my parents highly recommended Bob,” Dr. John Kiriklakis said.

When Dr. John got married to his wife, Dr. Angela Bicos Kiriklakis, all their insurance business went to Bob. Dr. Angela has been very happy because she noticed a personal touch she didn’t experience in the past with other insurance agents she had used.

“My wife feels like we aren’t just a number and that he’s always a phone call away. We feel like we’re part of the family, and that’s how Bob’s treated us since I was a little boy,” Dr. John said.

Dr. John and his family are Glenview residents who highly recommend Bob for anyone looking for insurance needs.

Ironically enough, Dr. John is Bob’s primary care physician.

“It goes both ways,” Korvas said. “John is a great physician. He answers all my questions, never rushes and is truly great at what he does.”
