New 5-year contract puts yearly raises in place until 2019.

GLENVIEW, IL - Firefighters in Glenview will receive an average annual pay raise of 1.85 percent until 2019 after village officials and Glenview Professional Firefighters Association Local 4186 agreed to a new five-year contract this week.
The contract includes one year of retroactive pay raises dating to 2015, according to Pioneer Press.
The retroactive pay hike will be at 1.5 percent, with a 1.75 percent raise over the next three years and a 2.5 percent bump in the final year of the contract.
