Arrest Made In Glenview Domestic Stabbing Death: Police
A resident of the Glenview home is being charged with first-degree murder following the Monday morning incident.

GLENVIEW, IL — A Glenview man is in custody and being charged with first-degree murder in connection with a Monday morning domestic-related stabbing that left a 50-year-old resident of the same home dead. Isaac J. Thurston, 20, was arrested Monday, according to police. He is due in bond court Tuesday.
Perron M. Thurston, who was stabbed in the incident in the 1100 block of Arbor Lane, was taken to Lutheran General Hospital. He was later pronounced dead at the hospital.
Police didn't say how the two men are related. Patch has reached out to officials for more information.

Police responded to the incident, which they believe was targeted, at around 6:36 a.m. and Glenview firefighters took Perron Thurston to the hospital. Police said there was no known threat to the public and that the incident was isolated. Thurston was pronounced dead at 10:44 a.m., according to the Cook County Medical Examiner's Office.
Police said the stabbing is being investigated by Glenview detectives with assistance from the North Regional Violent Crimes Task Force, the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office and the Cook County Medical Examiner’s Office.
