Go Roma Plans To Open Glenview Location This Month
Fast casual Italian eatery to open at the Glen Gate on May 20.
Go Roma, a Chicagoland favorite for fast casual Italian dining is planning to open its next restaurant in Glenview on May 20.
“This is a dream location for us,” said Tony Pavic, vice president of operations for Go Roma. ”We’re in just the right spot to give those who have known us for more than a decade and new guests an inviting destination to enjoy our welcoming environment filled with warmth and extraordinary service standards.”
The Glenview restaurant, set to open at the new Glen Gate retail center at the intersection of Waukegan and Golf roads, will be similar to the existing locations in Northbrook and Bolingbrook - offering fresh, made-from scratch, authentic Italian dishes perfect for local residents and professionals seeking a retreat that is as comforting as their home. Menu items are made from premium ingredients, served quickly and with the ultimate in convenience - according to a news release.

Patrons of the Northbrook location have applauded Go Roma for its “fresh, made-from-scratch authentic recipes,” according to the release.
The Northbrook-based restaurant’s newest location will also feature design and décor enhancements, and a refreshed tagline reflective of the updates, “Scratch Italian, Pronto.” The strategic moves come as creative touches to further distinguish Go Roma as the clear industry leader in the fast casual Italian segment.

Other features include hardwood floors, a chalkboard menu board, comfortable leather boots and an outdoor patio.
Go Roma is owned and operated by Chalak Mitra Group, which also owns Genghis Grill, Baker Bros Deli, Ruby Tequila’s Mexican Kitchen, Elephant Bar, Fireside Pies and Pepper Smash a Cocktail Kitchen, among others.
