Grandpa's Place presents: THE SANE ABANDONED - Saturday, August 12th!

The Sane Abandoned is the latest project of Chicago based drummer Gary Zucker and guitarist/vocalist Charlie Laughlin.

We will be playing a hometown show at Grandpa's on Saturday, Aug. 12th!

8:00pm ~ All Ages ~ No Cover ~ COME HUNGRY!

Their past projects have performed at various venues in the greater Chicagoland area, with their last project concluding with a performance at Navy Pier in July. Another former project of theirs, “Last Resort” won the 36th annual DownBeat music award for “best high school blues/pop/rock group” in 2013.
Currently, Gary is studying drum performance and music business at The Berklee College of Music in Boston, and Charlie is studying classical guitar performance at Northwestern University. The Sane Abandoned has been together for nearly two years now, and they have released three EP's of original music.
