THEFT
On July 11, a resident in the 1000 block of Castilian Court reported spending $50 to order a product online but said it was never received.

ELECTRONIC HARASSMENT
An employee in the 1600 block of Waukegan Road reported receiving unwanted text messages while at work on July 11 shortly after 3 p.m.
IDENTITY THEFT
Someone made $4,000 in unauthorized withdrawals from the bank account of a resident in the 700 block of Milwaukee Avenue, it was reported on July 11 at 6:49 p.m.
RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY
At 7:52 p.m. on July 11, a resident in the 1400 block of Lehigh Avenue reported someone had posed as an inspector and gained entry to their home. Jewelry worth $3,300 was later discovered missing.
THEFT
A resident in the 1400 block of London Lane reported someone stole a part off their car for a loss of $7 at 11:13 a.m. on July 12.
BURGLARY
At 4:01 p.m. on July 12, a resident in the 3800 block of Lizette Lane reported someone stole a lawnmower worth $400 from their yard.
RETAIL THEFT
An employee of the 2500 block of Waukegan Road reported at 8:16 p.m. on July 12 that someone had taken $400 worth of baby formula from the shelf, put it in a shopping basket and left the store without paying.
ELECTRONIC HARASSMENT
An employee in the 1400 block of Waukegan Road at 11:51 p.m. on July 12, an employee in reported receiving unwanted text messages.
CRIMINAL DAMAGE TO PROPERTY
A patron in the 3800 block of Willow Road reported at 9:40 a.m. on July 14 that someone had damaged the windshield of their parked car for a loss of $180.
ELECTRONIC HARASSMENT
At 3:06 p.m. on July 14, a resident in the 4100 block of Chester Drive reported receiving unwanted text messages.
IDENTITY THEFT
Shortly after 7 p.m. on July 14, a resident in the 2800 block of Covert Road reported someone made $100 in unauthorized charges to their debit card.
THEFT
At 8:12 p.m. on July 14, a patron in the 2900 block of Patriot Boulevard reported someone stole an iPad worth $600 while shopping at a store.
RETAIL THEFT
An employee in the 100 block of Waukegan Road reported at 7:48 a.m. on July 15 that someone had stolen $550 in baby formula from the business.
THEFT
At 3:28 p.m. on July 15, a resident in the 2200 block of Linneman Street reported having bought a product online for $250 and never receiving it.
BATTERY
At 6:32 p.m. on July 15, an employee in the 1100 block of Milwaukee Avenue reported getting into a physical altercation with another employee.
RETAIL THEFT
Shortly before 6 p.m. on July 16, an employee of a business in the 2800 block of Pfingsten Road reported someone filled a handbag with $300 worth of cosmetics and left the store without paying.
THEFT
At 1:21 p.m. on July 17, a resident in the 2800 block of Central Road reported someone stole two unlocked bikes from the driveway for a loss of $280.
THEFT OF LOST PROPERTY
At 2:09 p.m. on July 17, a resident in the 4500 block of Lilac Avenue reported losing a cell phone and two credit cards for a total reported loss of $800.
THEFT
A commuter in the 1100 block of Deport Street reported at 6:40 p.m. on July 17 that someone had stolen their bicycle, valued at $290, and locked it to a fence.
TRESPASSING
At 7:16 p.m. on July 17, an employee in the 1100 block of Waukegan Road reported two people were on the property without permission.

At 8:12 p.m. on July 17, a passerby reported youths were on the fieldhouse roof in the 2200 block of Grove Street.
RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY
$300 was reported stolen from a residence in the 4500 block of Concord Lane, it was reported at 10:10 on July 17.
ARRESTS:
SUSPENDED LICENSE
A 39-year-old Des Plaines woman was arrested at 7:30 a.m. on July 11 and charged with driving on an expired license and cited for avoiding a traffic control device and illegal tinted windows after a traffic stop in the 4200 block of West Lake Avenue.
SUSPENDED LICENSE
A 29-year-old Palatine woman was arrested at 1:37 p.m. on July 12 and charged with driving on a suspended license and cited for driving without insurance, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, expired registration and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident after an investigation into traffic crash in the 2300 block of Willow Road.
COUNTERFEIT CREDIT CARD
Thaddeus Richmond, 23, of the 7900 block of South Yates Boulevard in Chicago, was arrested at noon on July 13 and charged with use of a counterfeit credit card after an investigation in the 1900 block of Tower Drive.

DOMESTIC BATTERY
Blagovest Dobrev, 45, of the 1900 block of Monroe Avenue in Glenview, was charged with domestic battery at 4:45 p.m. on July 13 after an investigation in the block of his residence.
SUSPENDED LICENSE
A 24-year-old Chicago man was arrested July 13 at 9:17 a.m. and charged with driving on a suspended license, operating an uninsured vehicle, expired registration and speeding 15-20 mph over the posted limit in the 2400 block of Pfingsten Road.
BATTERY
Ximena Williams, 20, of the 2000 block of Arthur Avenue in Chicago, was arrested on July 14 at 10:55 a.m. and charged with battery in the 9700 block of Milwaukee Avenue.
SUSPENDED LICENSE
A 27-year old Chicago man was arrested July 14 at 9:18 a.m. in the 1100 block of Depot Street and charged with driving with a suspended license and illegal window tint.
DUI
Kathy Slowek, 40, of the 400 block of West Evergreen Street in Chicago, was arrested at 1:05 p.m. on July 14 in the 400 block of Greenwood Road and charged with driving under the influence of an intoxicating compound and failing to reduce speed to avoid an accident.
SUSPENDED LICENSE
A 41-year-old Chicago man was arrested at 7:05 p.m. on July 14 in the 9800 block of Milwaukee Avenue and charged with driving with a suspended license and speeding after a traffic stop.
RETAIL THEFT
Megan Marin, 31, of the 3100 block of Oak Park Avenue in Berwyn, was arrested at 12:21 p.m. on July 15 and charged with retail theft in the 1900 block of Tower Drive.
VIOLATION OF ORDER OF PROTECTION
Miguel Diaz-Gonzalez, 33, of the 400 block of 4th Street in Northfield, was arrested at 9:25 p.m. on July 17 and charged with violation of an order of protection in the 2400 block of Waukegan Road.

Accused of domestic battery, Diaz-Gonzalez was being held at Cook County Jail on $5,000 bond.
DUI
Jennifer Quevedo, 27, of the 2700 block of Pearle Drive in Des Plaines, was arrested at 12:24 a.m. on July 19 and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, improper lane usage and operating vehicle while using an electronic communication device after a traffic stop in the 1000 block of Milwaukee Avenue.
