Infrastructure Improvements Coming to Sunset Village
Project for $9 million will work on sewage, water and roads.

Three Chicago-based real estate firms will spend a combined $9 million into infrastructure improvements at Sunset Village, a Glenview mobile home park that has suffered from water and sewage problems.
Construction began in April on improvements that will include the installation of a new sewage system, new water infrastructure and the restructuring of roads.
The property, at 2450 Waukegan Road, has been deteriorating since the property’s previous owner, Richard Klarchek, was slammed with a wave of foreclosure suits following the financial crisis, according to Crain’s Chicago.
