ITW Moves to New Glenview Location
New corporate campus is at Golf and Waukegan roads.
Illinois Tool Works is staying in Glenview.
Just this week, the Chicago Tribune reported the industrial conglomerate moved to a 48-acre property at the corner of Golf and Waukegan roads. The new site, which according to records was purchased by ITW for $21 million in 2013, will be made into a new corporate campus.
ITW spent 24 years at its previous location at 3600 W. Lake Ave., which will now house an industrial packaging business ITQ sold to the Carlyle Group last year for $3.2 billion.
