Man Died From Multiple Gunshot Wounds In Homicide: Glenview PD
The 61-year-old was found deceased in a Glenview home Sunday night on Glenview Road.
GLENVIEW, IL — The manner of death for a 61-year-old man in Glenview has been determined to be a homicide. According to the Cook County Medical Examiner's Office, James M. Solger died as the result of multiple gunshot wounds.
With assistance from the North Regional Violent Crimes Task Force, Glenview police opened an investigation into the death of Solger, who was found deceased at a home Sunday during a well-being check.
Police said they arrived at the home in the 0-100 block of Glenview Road at around 7:31 p.m. Sunday and found Solger deceased in the home.
