Man Exposed Himself in Car Outside Business: Cops

A woman from Northbrook was charged with retail theft on Willow Road.

On March 2 at 2:24 p.m., Jonathon Holmblad, 33, Lincolnwood was charged with Speeding (26-34 Over Limit) in the 3600 block of East Lake Avenue.

DOMESTIC BATTERY

On March 3 at 12:46 a.m., Kyle Tyrrell, 29, 1029 Kings Lane was charged with domestic battery and criminal damage to property in the 1000 block of Kings Lane.

ATTEMPTED BURGLARY

On March 2 at 1:32 p.m., a resident in the 2000 block of Franklin Drive reported discovering a patio door was damaged and ajar. The reported loss due to the damaged door is over $500.

IDENTITY THEFT

On March 3 at 5:24 p.m., a resident in the 1700 block of Grove Street reported someone fraudulently claimed they won a lottery prize.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT

On March 4 at 1:53 p.m., a business patron reported parking in the 2300 block of Capital Drive and saw a man in another car exposing his genitals.

CRIMINAL DEFACEMENT

On March 9 at 10:50 a.m., a bicyclist reported graffiti was on the perimeter wall at the Techny Basin in the 1800 block of Westleigh Drive. The reported loss is $200.

CRIMINAL DAMAGE TO PROPERTY

On March 9 at 2 p.m., a patron in the 1000 block of Waukegan Road stated someone ‘keyed’ their car in the parking lot. The reported loss is $200.

DISTURBANCE

On March 10 at 2:24 p.m., two people in a business in the 4500 block of West Lake Street had a disagreement resulting in yelling inside the business.

RETAIL THEFT

On March 15 at 1:39 p.m., Sinead Whitehead, 20, Northbrook was charged with retail theft in the 2200 block of Willow Road.
