Man Hit by Car and Killed on Milwaukee Avenue in Glenview
The 53-year-old man was attempting to cross Milwaukee Avenue near Gregory Street when he was hit by a car Friday morning.
GLENVIEW, IL - A 53-year-old man was killed Friday morning after he was hit by a car on Milwaukee Avenue in Glenview.
The man was attempting to cross the southbound lanes on Milwaukee just south of Gregory Street around 6:49 a.m. when he was struck by a car, according to a Glenview Police Department spokesperson. The man was transported to Advocate Lutheran General Hospital in Park Ridge where he was pronounced dead.
No one else has been reported injured as a result of the accident.
