Man Sexually Abused Child At Glenview Business: Police

The 36-year-old Chicago resident is accused of felony aggravated criminal sexual abuse stemming from an incident last month.

GLENVIEW, IL — A Chicago man is facing a felony charge following a complaint that criminal sexual abuse occurred to a minor child at a Glenview business last month. Victor Reynolds, 36, of the 900 block of Washington Boulevard, is accused of aggravated criminal sexual abuse, and was arrested Wednesday.

According to police, Reynolds was taken to the Cook County Department of Corrections following his arrest, and is currently in custody of the Cook County Sheriffs Department, pending a conditions hearing.

Police opened an investigation on May 5 following a complaint that the minor child was criminally sexually abused at ChiroMend, 1834 Glenview Road. According to its website, the business is a chiropractor office.

Glenview police detectives conducted the investigation with the assistance from the Children's Advocacy Center of North and Northwest Cook County and the Cook County State’s Attorney's Office.

Police said there is no familial relationship between Reynolds and the minor child.
