The previously trespassed customer fled on his bike prior to police arrival at the business.

Watts Henley, 25, of the 7600 block of Ingleside Avenue, Chicago, is accused of burglary following an investigation into an incident reported on May 25 in the 1900 block of Pickwick Avenue. He was arrested in connection with the crime at 10:38 a.m. Oct 5, at the Kendall County Courthouse. Henley was taken to the Glenview Police Department and held awaiting a bond hearing.

Douglas Pepsnik, 52, of the 6100 block of N. Karlov Avenue, Chicago, is accused of criminal trespass to property, resisting arrest, and was arrested at 5:15 p.m. Oct. 4, following the investigation of an incident reported on Sept. 19 in the 3900 block of Glenview Road. He was released on bond with a court date set for Nov. 9.
RETAIL THEFT
Donna Koss-Burris, 51, of the 900 block of Grand Canyon Way, Hoffman Estates, had a warrant out of Glenview for felony retail theft (over $300), felony retail theft with a prior conviction, and was arrested at 9:39 a.m. Oct. 6, at the Cook County Courthouse, Skokie. She was released to the custody of the Cook County Sheriff.
FORGERY
Tyrae Kelley, 26, of the 600 block of Winchester Avenue, Chicago, had an outstanding warrant out of Glenview as the result of an investigation into an incident reported on Jan. 8, 2021, in the 2500 block of East Lake Avenue. He was arrested in connection with the crime at 2:15 p.m. Oct. 4, at the Cook County Jail. Kelley was turned back over to the custody of the Cook County Sheriff.

CRIMINAL DAMAGE
The owner of a business in the 500 block of Milwaukee Avenue reported that at 3:32 a.m. Oct. 4, a male was seen leaning against the glass front window to the business. The glass shatters and the male left the area. The business was not entered.
ASSAULT
An employee of a business in the 1400 block of Waukegan Road called police at 6:03 p.m. Oct. 4, to report a previously trespassed customer, a male wearing a traffic safety vest, arrived at the business and threatened employees in front of other customers. The man fled on his bicycle prior to police arrival.
UNLICENSED DRIVER
A Chicago resident was cited at 7:13 p.m. Oct. 5, for driving/never issued license, expired registration, following a traffic stop in the 1600 block of Waukegan Road. They were released on bond with a court date set for Oct. 25.
NO VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE
A Chicago resident was cited at 7:45 p.m. Oct. 6, for no valid driver's license, following too closely, driving without lights when required, following a traffic stop in the 1200 block of Milwaukee Avenue. They were released on bond with a court date set for Oct. 20.
STOLEN VEHICLE
A resident in the 700 block of Beaver Road reported at 7:02 a.m. Oct. 6, their vehicle, a 2022 Chevrolet, was stolen from the driveway during the overnight hours.
BURGLARY TO MOTOR VEHICLE
- A Skokie resident reported at 8:55 a.m. Oct. 6, the catalytic converter was stolen from their vehicle, a 2015 Toyota, while the car was parked in a parking lot in the 700 block of Waukegan Road.
- A Skokie resident called police to report that between 4 p.m. and 5:02 p.m. Oct. 7, someone broke a window on their vehicle while the vehicle was parked in the parking lot of the Glenview Park Golf Club, 800 Shermer Road. The owner did not observe any items missing at the time.
- A Morton Grove resident reported that between 4 p.m. and 5:17 p.m. Oct. 7, someone broke a window on their vehicle while the vehicle was parked in the parking lot of the Glenview Park Golf Club, 800 Shermer Road.
- A resident in the 300 block of 3rd Street called police to report that during the overnight hours of Oct. 8, someone stole numerous power tools from the unlocked rear cargo door of their vehicle while the vehicle was parked in front of the residence.
- A resident in the 200 block of Fernwood Lane reported that during the overnight hours of Oct. 10, someone entered their unlocked vehicle, a 2022 Audi, while it was parked near the residence, and stole items from inside the vehicle.
DISORDERLY CONDUCT
An employee of a business in the 1300 block of Patriot Boulevard reported at 5:05 p.m. Oct. 7, an agitated customer was in the store. The customer was given trespass notice to the business at the request of the business.
THEFT
A Mount Prospect resident called police at 11:43 a.m. Oct. 8, to report someone gained access to a locked locker at a business in the 3800 block of Willow Road and stole cash from a wallet.
ATTEMPTED BURGLARY
- A resident in the 300 block of Fernwood Lane called police at 11:28 p.m. Oct. 9, to report seeing their motion sensor driveway lights turn on. They checked recorded video surveillance and saw a male subject pull on a vehicle’s driver’s side door handle and run away.
- A resident in the 200 block of Fernwood Lane reported at 12:04 a.m. Oct. 10, watching recorded video surveillance and seeing several male subjects pulling on car door handles, including their vehicle in the driveway. The males got back in the car and left the area.
SUSPICIOUS INCIDENT
An employee of a business in the 4500 block of West Lake Avenue reported at 2:19 a.m. Oct. 10, seeing several subjects near vehicles in the parking lot. The subjects left the area, and nothing appeared to be disturbed on any of the vehicles parked in the lot.
STOLEN VEHICLE
A Round Lake resident reported at 1:41 p.m. Oct. 10, their 1996 Honda was stolen from the parking lot of a business in the 2900 block of Patriot Boulevard. The owner said they left the car locked and possessed both sets of keys for the Honda.
