​Morton Grove Lodge 1146 Freemasons Spruce Up Waukegan Road for Second Annual Cleanup

For the second consecutive year, the Freemasons of Morton Grove Lodge 1146 took to Waukegan Road on July 12, tidying up the stretch between Lake Avenue and Golf Road. This annual cleanup effort, spearheaded by the Lodge and family members, once again left a positive mark on the community.

The dedicated volunteers managed to collect 12 bags of trash, a notable amount given it's been less than a year since their last cleanup. Among the usual litter, some more unusual items were discovered, including a bra (without its matching counterpart), sexual enhancement paraphernalia including a condom, and three discarded vape machines.

The Freemasons of Morton Grove Lodge 1146 extend a friendly reminder to all community members to dispose of their waste responsibly and help keep our shared spaces clean.
