Raymond Jackson, 37, of the 900 block of N. Harding Avenue, Chicago, is accused of retail theft following an investigation of an incident on Aug. 29 in the 1900 block of Tower Drive, and was arrested at 12:18 p.m. Oct. 19, at the Cook County Jail. He was released on bond and taken into the custody of the Cook County Department of Corrections.

INCIDENTS
THEFT
An employee of a business in the 2100 block of Pfingsten Road reported at 7:32 a.m., Oct. 19, cash stolen from a bag, between 7:30 a.m. and 4 p.m. Oct. 15.
BURGLARY FROM VEHICLE
- A Skokie resident called police at 7:10 p.m. Oct. 19, to report finding a broken window on their vehicle and a bag stolen from inside the car while the car sat parked, unoccupied, in a parking lot in the 2200 block of Willow Road. Reported loss is $700.
- A resident reported at 6:45 a.m. Oct. 20, finding their vehicle’s rear passenger window smashed, and a bag left inside searched through, while the vehicle was parked, unoccupied, in a parking lot in the 1400 block of Waukegan Road.
POSSESSION OF CANNABIS
- A Northfield resident was issued a village ordinance citation at 11:49 p.m. Oct. 20, for possession of less than 10 grams of cannabis following the investigation of a suspicious vehicle at in the 2600 block of West Lake Avenue.
- A Waukegan resident was issued a village ordinance citation at 11 p.m. Oct. 20, for possession of less than 10 grams of cannabis following a traffic stop in the 1200 block of Milwaukee Avenue.
RETAIL THEFT
- An employee of a business in the 1900 block of Tower Drive reported at 9:58 a.m. Oct. 21, a male entered the store, pulled five boxes of shoes from the sales floor and exited the store without paying for the shoes. Total reported loss is $989.95.
- An employee of a business in the 2200 block of Willow Drive called police Oct. 21 to report at 8:37 p.m. Oct. 19, a male ran out of the store with liquor bottles without paying for them. Total reported loss is $470.91.
DRIVING ON A SUSPENDED/REVOKED LICENSE
An Evanston resident is accused of driving while license suspended, speeding, and was cited at 12:51 p.m. Oct. 23, in the 3200 block of East Lake Avenue. They were released on bond.
BATTERY
A resident in the 3200 block of Milwaukee Avenue reported at 10:51 p.m. Oct. 24, having an argument with their neighbor during which the neighbor used their elbow to hit them on the left arm.
THEFT OF MOTOR PARTS
A Grayslake resident called police on Oct. 25 to report that between 7:30 a.m. and 9 a.m. someone stole the catalytic converter from under their vehicle as the vehicle sat parked, unoccupied, in a parking lot in the 2100 block of Pfingsten Road.
