New Car Dealership to Open on Waukegan Road
The village of Glenview will pay the McLaren, Aston Martin, Lotus dealership $77,000 a year.
GLENVIEW, IL - Glenview is soon to get yet another car dealership.
The McLaren, Aston Martin, Lotus car dealership will be opening at 301 N. Waukegan Rd., the Journal & Topics reports.
The dealership is assured to remain in Glenview for at least ten years as part of an agreement with the village.

The village will pay the dealership $77,000 a year for five years as long as sales targets hit at least $20 million a year.
The total of $385,000 the village has agreed to pay over the first five years is about half the cost to develop the site.
