New Restaurants Will Open in Glenview This Spring

GLENVIEW, IL - A pair of new options await diners in Glenview in the coming months.

The Village Board approved new liquor licenses for both State & Main Kitchen and Bar - planned for 1941 Tower Drive - and Javier’s Mexican Restaurant - planned for 1829 Waukegan Road - at a recent meeting, according to Pioneer Press reports. State & Main will be operated by the Franworks Group of Companies and Javier’s will be owned by Arlington Heights resident Javier Villarreal.

Both owners passed background checks and paid the $2,400 fee for a Class A liquor license.

Both restaurants plan to open in the spring.
