Northfield Man Charged With Criminal Sexual Assault: Cops

The following information is from the Glenview Police Department. An arrest is not an indication of guilt.

Criminal Sexual Assault

On Jan. 19 at 12:11 p.m., Abraham Padraza-Lazima, 32, Northfield was charged with criminal sexual assault in the 2400 block of Waukegan Road.

Disorderly Conduct

On Jan. 17 at 8:09 a.m., a motorist from Wheeling reported another motorist made lewd gestures in the 1900 block of East Lake Avenue after a traffic incident.

Residential Burglary

On Jan. 19 at 1:40 p.m., a resident in the 400 block of Lotus Lane reported someone entered their house without authorization and stole personal property while another person distracted them in the rear yard. The reported loss was over $300.

Residential Burglary

On Jan. 19 at 3:44 p.m., a resident in the 400 block of Glenview Road reported someone entered the house and stole personal property. The reported loss is over $500.

Theft

On Jan. 19 at 5:28 p.m., a shopper in the 100 block of Waukegan Road reported someone stole a purse from her shopping cart. The reported loss is $1,000.

Criminal Damage

On Jan. 20 at 9:15 p.m., a resident of Wheeling parked in the 2600 block of Shermer Road reported someone broke the rear windows of their vehicle. The reported loss is $500.

Intoxicated Subject

On Jan. 22 at 10:25 p.m., a citizen in the 4100 block of Cove Lane reported someone was intoxicated and sleeping on a common area.
