Picture Perfect: GBS Student Makes 100 Recipes During Pandemic
We've started a new feature highlighting the photography of readers and the stories behind the photos in Glenview.
GLENVIEW, IL — Reader Laura Horwitz, of Glenview, sent in this photo of her son, Nathan, 15, who baked and cooked 100 different recipes during the pandemic from March to August. The Glenbrook South sophomore shows off his 100th pandemic recipe — a mirror cake. His mother kept track and posted each on Facebook. Nice job, Nathan!
