Santa Visits Glenview Nov. 26 At Holiday In The Park & Parade
The annual event begins at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church, culminating with a visit from Santa and his helpers in Jackman Park.

GLENVIEW, IL — Santa Claus is coming to town, once again. St. Nick is scheduled to appear at the 26th annual Holiday in the Park & Parade, Nov. 26, in Glenview.
Organizers said the event, sponsored by the Glenview Chamber of Commerce, will take place between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. The fun begins at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church (1775 Grove St.), culminating with a visit from Santa and his helpers in Jackman Park (1011 Lehigh Ave.). At the park, Santa and his helpers will greet children with a gift. There will be hot cocoa, tasty treats, free kiddie train rides and a hayride, according to the Chamber.
"The big highlight of the parade is the community spirit," said Meghan Kearney, executive director of the director of the Glenview Chamber of Commerce. "It's all about the community. This is our way to thank the residents of Glenview for shopping and eating locally all year long."
