UPDATE (APRIL 8): Northbrook police said the dog was reunited with his owner Thursday night. Police thanked the public for assistance.

GLENVIEW, IL — The Glenview and Northbrook police departments are seeking the public's help in identifying the owner of a dog found Wednesday, running on Willow Road and the railroad tracks between Glenview and Northbrook.

In a social media post, police said the "sweet dog" is currently at the Glenview Police Department.
