Northbrook Man Killed Following Multi-Car Crash In Glenview
A preliminary investigation reveals there were six vehicles involved in the Saturday crash, according to Glenview police.
GLENVIEW, IL — One person was killed, and several people were taken to area hospitals with injuries, following a multi-car crash Saturday morning in Glenview. The cause of the accident, which happened at around 10:50 a.m. at West Lake and Milwaukee avenues, has yet to be determined.
One of the drivers, Young Park, 73, of Northbrook, died in the crash. He was pronounced dead after being taken to Lutheran General Hospital.
Three drivers were taken to Glenbrook Hospital, all in stable condition. Two drivers were taken to Lutheran General Hospital, one in stable condition, one was the deceased. Another driver was uninjured.

The roadway had been closed to traffic throughout the day, but reopened Saturday night, following an investigation. No citations have been issued.
The crash remains under investigation by the Glenview Police Department with assistance from the North Regional Major Crimes Task Force’s Major Crash Assistance Team.
