Single-Family Home Model Opens at Park Place Glenview
Park Place Glenview brings new construction single-family homes and row homes to a prime North Shore location.

Glenview-based The Drake Group and its exclusive sales and marketing firm, @properties, announced the grand opening of a single-family home model in the maintenance-free community of Park Place Glenview.
Located at 1225 Waukegan Rd., just south of Lake Avenue, Park Place Glenview offers 26 residences including 12 single-family homes and 14 row homes. All residences come with three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a full unfinished basement, an attached two-car garage, and flex space for a den, office, fourth bedroom or loft/bonus room per plan. Standard finishes include granite countertops, hardwood floors in living areas and kitchens, and stainless steel appliances. - The Aldrich, which has 2,317 square feet and a first-floor master bedroom suite. Base prices start at $765,000.
- The Palmer, which has 2,501 square feet and a second-floor master bedroom. Base prices start at $799,900.
Also available at Park Place Glenview are row homes ranging from 2,113 to 2,429 square feet and base-priced from $495,000 to $610,000.
The model, showcasing the Palmer plan, has a large family room at the front of the home, an open-concept kitchen and an adjoining dining area. The kitchen features an island, ample storage space and 42-inch upper cabinets. There are two outdoor spaces on the main level, including a front porch and a deck tucked into a private alcove off the kitchen.

The upstairs rooms are separated by an expansive loft. To the left, the master suite features an en-suite bath and two spacious walk-in closets. The secondary bedrooms, on the opposite side of the loft, have their own large walk-in closets. The second floor also has a full-sized laundry room. One unique option in the Palmer is a deck or screened-in porch accessed from the loft.
