Teen Charged with Excessive Speeding on Lake Avenue: Cops
A senior citizen faces a battery charge after police say he struck another man on Pfingsten Road.

BATTERY
Thomas Moes, 69, Prospect Heights was charged with assault and battery after he struck another man in the 2100 block of Pfingsten Road at 7:45 a.m. on Sept. 14.

LEAVING THE SCENE
Gennadiy Kirbaba, 51, Willowbrook was charged with leaving the scene of an accident and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident in the 4500 block of Willow Road at 10:35 p.m. on Sept. 18.
