- Jalentin Garcia-Delgado, 40, of the 4100 block of Cove Lane, Glenview, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, illegal transportation of alcohol, and was arrested at 6:55 p.m. Nov. 26, in the 1800 block of Waukegan Road. He was released on an I-bond and assigned a court date of Dec. 17.
- Orman Hewitt, 19, of the 3600 block of Grove Street, Skokie, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under the influence of drugs, illegal transportation of alcohol, illegal transportation of cannabis, speeding 35 mph over the speed limit, resisting/obstructing a peace officer, and was arrested at 9:07 p.m. Nov. 27, in the 3700 block of Milwaukee Avenue. He was released on an I-bond and assigned a court date of Dec. 17.
- Harjitt Singh, 47, of the 300 block of Glenview Road, Glenview, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, leaving the scene of an accident, following too closely, no right turn on red, failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident, and was arrested at 8:20 p.m. Nov. 20, following the investigation of a traffic crash in the 1300 block of Waukegan Road. He was released on a D-bond and assigned a court date of Dec. 17.
- Rosario Quattrochi, 69, of the 3700 block of Lindenwood Lane, Glenview, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, having a blood alcohol concentration level of .08 or more, and was arrested at 11:40 a.m. Nov. 21, following the investigation of a traffic crash in the 2800 block of Patriot Boulevard. He was released on an I-bond and assigned a court date of Dec. 6.
- Michael Szczapa, 30, of the 1800 block of N. Park Drive, Mount Prospect, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, having a blood alcohol concentration level of .08 or more, operating an uninsured vehicle, failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident, and was arrested at 8:31 p.m. Nov. 21, following the investigation of a traffic crash in the 3500 block of Willow Road. He was released on a D-bond and assigned a court date of Dec. 17.
POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE
Jeanine Mannella, 45, of the 6500 block of Onarga Avenue, Chicago, is accused of possession of a controlled substance, driving under the influence of drugs, failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident, leaving the scene of an accident, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, and was arrested at 5:03 p.m. Nov. 28, following the investigation of a traffic crash in the 9800 block of Milwaukee Avenue. She was held for a bond hearing at the Skokie Courthouse.

RETAIL THEFT
Daniel Schock, 35, of the 5300 block of Monitor Avenue, Chicago, is accused of retail theft, and was arrested at 8:59 a.m. Nov. 19, at the Glenview Police Department following an investigation into an incident on Oct. 29 in the 1200 block of Milwaukee Avenue. He was released on an I-bond and assigned a court date of Dec. 17.
THEFT
Riley Bender, 21, of the 6900 block of Church Street, Morton Grove, is accused of theft, and was arrested at 6 p.m. Nov. 23, following an investigation into an incident on Nov. 20 in the 0-100 block of Waukegan Road. He was released on a C-bond and assigned a court date of Jan. 7, 2022.

INCIDENTS
SPEEDING
A Skokie resident was cited for speeding 26-34 mph over the speed limit at 8:52 a.m. Nov. 23, and was cited following a traffic stop in the 300 block of Shermer Road. They were released on bond with a court date set for Dec. 8.
THEFT OF MOTOR VEHICLE PARTS
A person in the 700 block of Waukegan Road reported at 3:43 a.m. Nov. 26, the suspected theft of catalytic converters in the parking lot. A vehicle was seen leaving the parking lot. One vehicle owner reported the theft of a catalytic converter.
IDENTITY THEFT
A Glenview Road resident called police at 10:29 a.m. Nov. 26, to report someone used their personal information to open four credit accounts.
TRESPASSING
An employee of a business in the 1500 block of Milwaukee Avenue reported at 10:52 a.m. Nov. 26, a Prospect Heights resident being confrontational in the business. They were given a trespass notice to the business.
THEFT
- An Algonquin resident called police on Nov. 26 to report between 11:40 a.m. and noon, someone stole a wallet from them while they worked in the 2100 block of Pfingsten Road. Cash and credit cards were in the stolen wallet.
- A Chicago resident reported someone removed the catalytic converter from their car between 10 p.m. Nov. 25, and 2 p.m. Nov. 26, in the 900 block of Church Street.
SUSPENDED/REVOKED DRIVER'S LICENSE
- A Chicago resident was cited for driving on a revoked driver's license, no seat belt, during a traffic stop at 2:03 p.m. Nov. 27, at Waukegan Road and Topp Lane. They were released on bond with a court date set for Dec. 17.
- A Glenview resident was cited for driving on a revoked driver's license, speeding, after a traffic stoop at 6:25 p.m. Nov. 27, in the 9800 block of Milwaukee Avenue. They were released on bond with a court date of Dec. 17 assigned.
