GLENVIEW, IL — The first day of class in West Northfield School District 31 is Aug. 22 — and whether you and the kids are looking forward to the new school year or are dreading the end of summer, you’ll want to mark the date on your calendar ASAP. The District 31 board has released its full 2019-20 calendar, which is available online in printable form.

The calendar includes important dates, such as winter and spring vacations, religious holidays, federal holidays, early dismissals and parent-teacher conferences.

Throughout the 2019-20 school year, there will be early dismissals every Monday to allow for planning and staff development. Students at Winkelman School will be dismissed at 1:40 p.m. and Field Middle School will be dismissed at 2:30 p.m.
