A Northbrook woman faces several charges in connection with an early Tuesday morning incident in Glenview. According to police, Tiffany McCahill was charged with Aggravated Battery to a Nurse on-duty, in addition to resisting arrest, possession of drug paraphernalia, aggravated battery to a peace officer and attempt to disarm a police officer at 12:10 a.m. in the 2400 block of Sanders Road. McCahill appeared in bond court Wednesday morning.

GLENVIEW, IL — FLX Move, the recently named 2025 Skokie Business of the Year, is bringing the party to its newest location in Glenview. On Thursday, May 14, the studio will host a "Disco Style Girls' Night Out" from 7:00 PM to 9:30 PM.
The event promises an evening of music, movement, and community support. A live DJ will provide the soundtrack for a disco-themed dance floor, complete with a classic spinning disco ball under the studio rafters.
Beyond the dancing, the event serves as a community drive. Attendees are asked to bring a women’s personal care item for entry, with all donations going to local support organizations.
"We wanted to create an event that celebrates our new Glenview home while giving back to the community that has supported us so much," says founder Andrea Metcalf.
The evening is BYOB, and guests can enjoy complimentary snacks provided by Lazy Dog Cafe in Northbrook. Whether you are a long-time Pilates regular or a neighbor looking to see the new space, all women are welcome to join the fun.
