Your Pie to Open Soon in Glenview

Another quick-fired pizza chain is expanding to Chicago’s North Shore.

Your Pie, based in Athens, GA, will open its first Midwest location in Glenview at 2085 Tower Drive on October 2 - Crain’s Chicago reports.

According to Crain’s, the chain features a “down-the-line” concept where customers choose from white, wheat or gluten-free crust and then select toppings. “The pies are cooked for four minutes in a super-hot brick oven and delivered to the customer’s table.”

Paninis, chopped salads, craft beer, wine and gelato will also be offered at the Tower Drive location.

Your Pie franchisee Shawn Reinhart plans to open a total of seven shops in the Chicago area, including the first in Glenview, over the next five years. The other locations remain unknown.

Your Pie has locations in Arizona, Virginia, Tennessee, Texas, South Carolina, Oklahoma, Georgia and Florida.
