Amid COVID-19 Surge, Grayslake Library Closes

Curbside pickup of materials remains available but the library has closed its building on Library Lane due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

GRAYSLAKE, IL β€” The Grayslake Area Public Library building is closed "out of an abundance of caution" due to rising COVID-19 test positivity rates, according to library officials. Book drops will remain open.

Staff will work both in the building and remotely to provide the following services:

As changes may occur on a daily basis, residents should call 847-223-5313, check the website, or follow the library on Facebook before coming to the library.
