Auditions: The Wizard of Oz in Concert - Presented by The Round Lake Area Park District Community Theatre and Band

Auditions for The Wizard of Oz - March 2 - 3, 2015

Where: Park School Campus - 400 W. Townline Rd, Round Lake, IL 60073

This collaboration will feature the Round Lake Area Park District Community Band Theatre and Community Band together for the first time. This stage version of the MGM movie, the Wizard of Oz, will feature the band on stage as the actors present the show in full costume with a minimal staging. All participations will be required to pay and activity fee of $20 which includes the cost of rehearsal materials, a production t-shirt, and 2 free tickets to one of the performances.

Theatre: Auditions for al roles and chorus (ages 5 - adult) will be March 2 & 3

Pit Band: Musicians, high school age and older, are welcome to sign up and participate as specila members of the community band. Rehersals are Tuesday nights from 7:00 - 9:00pm

Performance Dates: April 17 & 18 at 7:00pm and April 18 & 19 at 2:00pm at the Round Lake Beach Cultural & C
